Philip Lepp

Director - Aviation Insurance Broking

On leaving the Army and a tour of duty in the Gulf, Philip spent two decades handling the aviation insurance needs of commercial and private clients. He founded Sydney Charles on the principal that clients deserve exceptional service and should benefit from a company's ability to streamline insurance requirements.

Marilyn Mahy ACII

Director - Client Services

Marilyn has been with Sydney Charles since it was incorporated in 2006, she is a Chartered Insurance Broker and holds the Advanced Diploma in Insurance (ACII).

Marilyn is authorised to provide advice on all aviation products and is based at the Group's central St Peter Port offices. She regularly commutes to the UK office, communicates with clients around the globe and derives satisfaction from creating specialist cover for their particular circumstances.

Services including General Aviation (Fixed Wing and Rota Wing), Pilot Insurance (Professional and Personal), Aviation Traders and a broad range of aviation insurance areas are handled by Marilyn.
